1. Setting Up and Logging into Microsoft 365 on Office.com

    • Enter the password provided to you and click "Sign in."

  3. Change Your Password:

    • You will be prompted to change your password. Enter a new password that meets the security requirements and confirm it.

2. Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Using Microsoft Authenticator

  1. Download Microsoft Authenticator:

    • Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile phone.
    • Search for "Microsoft Authenticator" and download the app.
