Building Skills & Confidence These Winter School Holidays
School Holiday Group Programs | 29 june - 9 July 2026
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to support your child’s development these school holidays?
At Paediatric Potentials OT, our Winter School Holiday Groups are thoughtfully designed to strengthen social confidence, communication, emotional regulation, creativity, motor skills, problem-solving, and independence — all within a supportive and engaging environment.
Each program is facilitated by our experienced Occupational Therapists and tailored to help children build practical life skills through hands-on, interactive experiences.
We have a range of age-specific programs available across the school holidays, including:
Creative arts and hands-on activities
Cooking and life skills development
LEGO building and stop motion animation
Social confidence and friendship-building
Movement, mindfulness and focus-based activities
Programs are tailored across a variety of age groups from 4–18 years, with each group designed to suit specific developmental stages, interests and support needs.
Many of our previous holiday groups have been extremely well received, with several programs booking out early (some in the first 72 hours for the April Easter Program). That’s why we’re releasing our Winter programs ahead of time — giving families the opportunity to plan, organise supports, and secure their preferred sessions without last-minute stress.
Places remain limited to maintain quality therapist support and meaningful engagement for every participant.

Following Directions & Sequential Processing
Children follow illustrated step-by-step recipe cards with OT facilitation, building the ability to receive, process and act on multi-step instructions.
Meal Preparation & Life Skills Independence
This group program targets specific cooking and meal preparation skills such as cracking eggs, measuring and mixing ingredients, using knives and hot plate to cook pancake, with a recipe for children to replicate at home.
Sensory Exploration & Food Tolerance
Structured exposure to a range of textures, temperatures, smells and tastes in a low-pressure environment supports children to broaden their food tolerance.
