Provides a complete evaluation of the child's abilities, with up to 4 x scored assessments, clinical observations, and functional application considerations. Offers strategies and recommendations for support.

Tracks developments, including performance in standardised assessments, highlighting key advancements and areas needing attention, with clinical observations and actionable recommendations.

The NDIS currently requires a review report on outcomes against the NDIS plan goals and recommendations regarding the participants’ ongoing functional needs.

Focuses on the child’s functional abilities across all age-appropriate domains, incorporating scored assessments, clinical observations, and tailored recommendations for enhancing independence and participation.
