We’ve Created Something Different… and You’ll Feel It From Day One

At Paediatric Potentials, we’ve grown with intention — not pressure. Over the past decade, we’ve built a close-knit, values-led team where every therapist is seen, supported, and encouraged to grow. We’ve chosen to do things properly rather than rapidly, and we’re proud of the systems, stability, and culture we’ve created.

Our leadership is stable, our expectations are clear, and our support is felt every single day. We’re not just another paediatric clinic. This is a place where the right people stay, thrive, and feel genuinely valued — for who they are and the care they give.

If you’re looking for a workplace where promises match reality and where your wellbeing is prioritised alongside your professional growth — you may have just found your place.

What We Believe In

Support that’s genuine, not just promised.
From the moment you join, you’ll be backed by people who want to see you thrive. You’ll have daily access to senior clinicians, a structured and thoughtful onboarding process, and scheduled time for supervision and development. You won’t be left to figure it out alone.

Clarity, always.
What we outline in the interview is exactly what you’ll step into on your first day. No inflated promises, no hidden KPIs, and no shifting expectations. Your caseload, supports, and responsibilities will be clear and realistic, because transparency builds trust.

Security in a shifting landscape.
The NDIS space changes often, but our foundation is solid. We’ve built a practice with strong systems, consistent leadership, and a clear long-term vision — so you can focus on your clients without the fear of instability.

Growth on your terms.
We support our team to grow into the roles that inspire them. Whether you want to develop clinical depth, run group programs, mentor graduates, explore outreach work, or create digital resources — we’ll support you to pursue what lights you up. And yes, this includes annual salary reviews and progression within the company.
