• Learn about our clinic, mission, and core values: Motivation, Growth, Achievement
• Overview of our management, staff support, therapy, and administration teams

3. Your Role as an OTA

• Detailed explanation of your role and responsibilities
• Advocacy for clients, rapport building, session documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Importance of confidentiality, resource creation, and professional development

4. OTA Allocation Process

• How we organize and communicate sessions
• Matching families with OTAs
• Scheduling and shift details

5. Cliniko Training

• Live demo of Cliniko, our practice management software
• Setting up your PPOT email, Cliniko calendar, and OneDrive access

6. Morning Tea Break

• Morning tea provided

7. OTA Sessions

• Understanding and conducting session plans, and note writing
• Dress code
• Requirements: Bluecard (complete the Paid employee or job seeker blue card application or renewal (P) form)
• Session essentials: Resources (toys, games), session plans, client info, progress notes

8. Support and Supervision

• Supervision sessions and document reviews
• Options: in-clinic, phone, or telehealth
