| Location | Paediatric Potentials is located on Level 5 of Network House at 57 Sanders St, Upper Mount Gravatt. Parking is available in the Centrelink Customer Carpark which is located on the basement level of the building. If appointments are taking place at home/school or daycare, please ensure all details for the location have been sent through prior to your child’s initial appointment. |
| Cost |
The cost of a 45-minute appointment with one of our OTs is $190 and can be claimed through your child’s NDIS plan with no out of pocket expenses. Each appointment comprises of: • Face-to-face time – 45mins; & • Non face-to-face time1 – 15mins. 1 Non face-to-face time is utilised by the OT to complete clinical note taking and preparation for each session. Full fee schedule for Occupational Therapy Services: https://paediatricpotentials.com.au/fees Travel Fees for Offsite OT Appointments: Offsite visits will incur an additional travel fee, which is calculated by the distance between the appointment location and our office at Upper Mt Gravatt. We travel up to 15 minutes one-way from our office. Travel fees can be claimed through your child’s NDIS funding. |
